a. This software may be copied and distributed unmodified.

b. Elements of the design and implementation remain under copyright protection and you are advised to contact the author prior to any attempt to replicate any individual aspect of this software.

c. A single licence permits registered users to upgrade copies on up to three machines provided there is no possibility of more than one copy being used at a time.
. Though you may copy and distribute the software itself, you must not give or sell to anyone else, or distribute in any way, any EchoView Pro Personal Registration Number or unofficial upgrade instructions.

e. You must not attempt to disassemble, discompile or modify this software in any way.

f. This software is provided as is and neither the author nor his agents will accept responsibility for loss or damage of any nature arising either directly or indirectly as a result of its use or misuse. No warranty of any kind is or will be given relating to the accuracy or suitability of this software for any particular purpose.

g. In any event, the liability of the author or his agent will not exceed either (at their discretion) a replacement of the product or refund of the original purchase price.
